Module 1: Re-assessing the Foundations Module 2: Sustaining Competitive Advantage

 

Objectives

The first module enables managers to re-asses their views and discuss new concepts and principles based on the current business and economic environment.

Participants will be divided into teams that will stay together throughout the program.

They will be encouraged to set up the take-home agendas and structure new strategies for their institutions.
