The bewildering rate of change and new ethical and governance heights call us to take time and reflect on the new realities. Our Advanced Management Program (AMP) theme, Building Business Leadership in Africa, will challenge you to a very high level of ethical standards. Our faculty will guide you through the troubled waters of new paradigms. Our case study methodology will provide you with the opportunity to test your knowledge and skills. You will be part of a global caucus of professors and participants giving you a broader outlook that spans many borders.

The AMP is designed to suit your busy schedule. Four quarterly residential training programs, each one week in duration, will be provided. They will involve group work, peer reviews, personal interaction with faculty, and over 112 class sessions with faculty.

To maximise the learning experience, class size is limited. Participants will benefit from the individual attention of top-rated international faculty and will have the opportunity to exchange views and experiences with other high level participants.
