The Program for Management Development (PMD) is an Executive Education program designed for senior functional managers and professional specialists who are ready to move up to a position of greater responsibility within their organization.

In this Program, participants will develop the leadership qualities, decision making skills and negotiation capabilities required to be effective managers in today’s global work environment.

The Program for Management Development lasts a period of 5 months in total and is divided into four 1 week modules at the SBS campus. In between these modular  weeks, you will remain in constant contact with your faculty and academic community. This unique program structure allows participants to broaden their knowledge in an intensive learning environment without putting their careers and lifestyle on hold.
